Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the revision petition filed on behalf of petitioner No.1
Bherulal and petitioner No.10 Smt. Manniya who is said to be second wife of the petitioner No.1. Accordingly, the revision petition filed on behalf of petitioners No.1 and 10 is dismissed as not pressed.
However, learned counsel appearing for the non- petitioner No.2 complainant has no objection if the revision petition filed on behalf of petitioners No.2 to 9 and 11 to 15 is allowed and the order impugned dated 17.10.2005 qua these petitioners is set aside.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the revision petition filed by petitioners No. 2 to 9 and 11 to 15 is allowed. The order impugned dated 17.10.2005 qua the petitioners No. 2 to 9 and 11 to 15 is set aside. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
