I am satisfied that it is a fit case to grant leave to appeal to this Court. Accordingly, the leave to appeal to this
Court is granted. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as a memo of appeal. Let the appeal be registered on regular number.
Appeal admitted. A bailable warrant in the sum of
Rs.5000/- be issued against respondents (1) Vijay Kumar S/o
Roshan Lal, and (2) Dharmandra S/o Roshan Lal for their appearance before this Court on 29-5-2006 and as and when called upon to do so.
