AMBA RAM v STATE & ORS - CRLR Case No. 702 of 2006 RD-RJ 1191 (7 March 2007)
S.B.CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION NO.702/2006
(Amba Ram Vs. State & Ors.)
Date of order : 07.03.2007
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL KRISHAN VYAS
Mr. K.L. Chauhan, for the petitioner.
Mr. JPS Choudhary, Public Prosecutor.
Mr. L.D. Khatri, for non-petitioner No.2 and 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the non-petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and perused the order impugned dated 1.12.2005 whereby the District &
Sessions Judge, Jaisalmer, while acquitting the non- petitioners for offence under Section 3 (1) (x) of
SC/ST Act, held them guilty for offence under Section 323 I.P.C. and granted the benefit of probation to them.
I have perused the order impugned. After appreciation of entire evidence on record, the learned trial court has rightly passed the impugned order. I find no illegality and perversity in the order impugned. The revision petition is dismissed.
