The matter has been listed today on an application moved by applicant seeking bail for a brief period on the ground of treatment of his aliening wife.
Taking into consideration the contents of the application and also the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it proper to allow the application for temporary bail and direct that the sentence awarded to applicant Babulal s/o Prabhu
Ram shall remain suspended for a brief period from 21st March, 2007 upto 9th April, 2007, provided he executes a personal bond of
Rs.30,000/- on usual conditions and furnishes two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No.1,
Jodhpur. The applicant shall surrender himself before the
Superintendent, Central Jail, Jodhpur on or before 9th April, 2007.
The aforesaid conditions shall also be incorporated in the bond.
