The matter has been listed today on an application moved by applicant-appellant seeking bail for a brief period on the ground of marriage of his son. The marriage card has also been enclosed.

Taking into consideration the contents of the application and also the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it proper to allow the application for temporary bail and direct that the sentence awarded to applicant Purna Ram @

Puranmal s/o Pokar Ram shall remain suspended for a brief period from 21st March, 2007 upto 30th March, 2007, provided he executes a personal bond of Rs.30,000/- on usual conditions and furnishes two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajgarh,

Churu. The applicant shall surrender himself before the

Superintendent, Central Jail,Bikaner on or before 30th March, 2007.

The aforesaid conditions shall also be incorporated in the bond.
