DINESH CHANDRA v STATE (P W D DEPTT) - SAW Case No. 305 of 2006  RD-RJ 1479 (23 March 2007)
D.B. CIVIL SPECIAL APPEAL(W)NO.305/2006
State of Rajasthan & Ors.
DATE OF ORDER :: 23-03-2007
HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SHRI S.N.JHA
HON'BLE SHRI JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ
Shri Vinod Goyal, for the appellant.
This special appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition of the appellant. The appellant had questioned the appointment of one Anand Kishore on the post of
Gardener inter alia on the ground that he was appointed by none else than his father Sukhdev Sharma as
Superintendant, State Garden(Rajkiya Udhyan), Alwar. The learned Single Judge declined to interfere considering the lapse of time.
In course of hearing it transpired that the appellant had impleaded Anand Kishore as respondent no.4 but later deleted his name. It is plain that no order can be passed affecting his appointment in this proceeding.
The appeal stands dismissed. [MOHAMMAD RAFIQ],J. [S.N.JHA],CJ.
