Shri Mukesh Kumar Verma, for the petitioner.

The petitioner who belongs to Mali community which comes under Other Backward Classes category in the

State of Rajasthan, has approached this Court making grievance that like other services there should be upper age limit for candidates of the OBC category for recruitment to the Rajasthan Judicial Service, and to this extent, rule 10 of the Rajasthan Judicial Service

Rules, 1955 is violative of Article 14 of the

Constitution of India.

What should be the age limits is a policy matter of the State with which this Court would not like to interfere. It is open to the petitioner to make a representation to the Government.
