Since all these three misc. appeals are directed against the same order dated 16.12.2002, the same are heard and decided together by this one common judgment.

Learned counsel for the parties without arguing the matter on merits agreed that all the suits which are pending before the Additional

District & Sessions Judge No.9, Jaipur City,

Jaipur be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Having considered the request made on behalf of the parties, the Court below is directed to decide the suits in question expeditiously but in any case not beyond the period of six months.

And, further the parties are directed to maintain status quo in view of the order impugned passed by the Additional District Judge dated 16.12.2002.

Accordingly, the misc. appeals stands disposed of.
