Learned counsel for the petitioners has raised the grievance that the order passed by the District Collector dated 8/2/2006 and consequent order dated 26/4/2003 are not being complied with by their subordinate authorities inspite of best efforts put in by the petitioners. The petitioners are at liberty to make a representation to the District

Collector within a week. On representation being received,

District Collector is directed to ensure the compliance of such orders, but if he holds otherwise, he should pass a reasoned order in accordance with law as to why these orders are not being followed by the concerned authorities.

With the directions above, the writ petition stands disposed of. anil (MOHAMMAD RAFIQ), J.
