Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that originally the amount of compensation was proposed to be paid to the petitioner was to the tune of
Rs.11,94,000/- but finally when the award was passed, he has been offered merely a sum of Rs.5,63,646/- together with additional amount 12% soletium which is not according to the prevalent market rate.
Learned counsel in support of his argument sought to rely on many particulars about the rate of the land prevalent in that area.
Remedy for such grievance is provided for in Section 30 of the Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 itself. The petitioner in this connection can make a representation to the Collector, Ajmer within four weeks who shall upon consideration of the representation of the petitioner, pass appropriate order regarding reference of the dispute to the competent civil court in accordance with provisions of Section 30 of the Land
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
