BRIJ MOHAN SHARMA v ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE NO 2 - CW Case No. 7197 of 2006 [2007] RD-RJ 1983 (16 April 2007)

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR

RAJASTHAN

JAIPUR BENCH

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7197/06

Brij Mohan Sharma Vs. Addl. Distt. Judge

No.2, Sikar & Ors. 16.04.2007

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohammad Rafiq

Shri J.K. Yogi for petitioner.

This is a writ petition against the order passed by the trial court whereby the application of the petitioner to proceed against the respondents in contempt proceedings was dismissed on 7.1.2003.

On perusal of the records, I find that the main suit in which the aforesaid order was passed itself has been dismissed and accordingly the appeal against the aforesaid order dated 7.1.2003 was also dismissed by the

Additional Civil Judge vide its order dated 1.2.2006. I do not therefore find any good reason now to entertain this writ petition.

The writ petition having become infructuous the same is dismissed accordingly.
