Heard learned counsel for the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. Looking to the reasons stated in application and supported by the affidavit, delay in filing the application stand condoned. The application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is allowed.

Learned SPP also admits that he had verified the fact of death of deceased Manohar Lal who dies on 08.10.2006 so application for taking legal heirs of Manohar Lal is allowed. Amended cause title be filed within two weeks.
