NATHU LAL SHARMA v RAJ.STATE CO-OP ELECTION TRIBU - CW Case No. 2532 of 2007 RD-RJ 2041 (17 April 2007)
S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO.2532/2007.
Nathu Lal Sharma
Rajasthan State Co-operative Election Tribunal Jaipur and ors.
Date of order : 17/4/2007.
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ
Shri S.L. Verma for the petitioner.
Shri Sandeep Mathur for the respondents.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed against the nterim-order passed by the Election Tribunal dated 0/3/2007 whereby the Rajasthan State Co-operative lection Tribunal stayed the operation of the order assed by the Arbitrator whereby election of the espondents was annuled.
Learned counsel for the respondents informed hat the matter is fixed for final disposal before the ribunal on 5/5/2007.
At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of the Tribunal as it would not be appropriate since the proceedings are still pending adjudication before the Tribunal.
The Rajasthan State Co-opperative Election
Tribunal Jaipur is, therefore, directed to conclude the hearing and decide the matter as soon as possible within the month of May, 2007 itself. The parties are directed to appear before the Tribunal on the date already fixed on 5/5/2007.
With these directions and observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
