Mr.R.S.Chundawat, for the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The police has registered a case under Section 366, 363, 376 IPC and under Section 3(10) (12) SC/ST (Prevention of

Atrocities) Act. From perusal of the FIR, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence has been made out against the petitioner.

The matter requires investigation. No case is made out for quashing of FIR.

Accordingly, the misc. petition is dismissed in limine.
