HON'BLE MR. K.S. RATHORE, J.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Shahdadpuri for the petitioners.
Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma, PP for the State.
Since all these revision petitions involve similar question of law, therefore, they are being decided by this common judgment.
The facts of the case of M/s Shyam Distributor are taken as leading case. All the petitioners are edible oil distributors and vide judgment dated 30.06.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge
No.2, Ajmer, the appeal of the petitioner has been allowed with certain terms and conditions which are as under:- //2// 1) 1,50,000/- 2)
- (undertaking) , 1998
This revision petition is preferred by the petitioners against the conditions which are imposed by the Appellate Court.
I find no illegality in the impugned judgment passed by the Appellate Court and if the petitioners goods are found fit to be sold for consumption of human being, on such eventuality, the petitioners are at liberty to move application before the Court concerned for releasing the goods which have been given on 'Supurdaginama'.
In view of the aforesaid observations, all the revision petitions fail and the same are hereby dismissed having no merit.
