(Saru @ Saraswati & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.)
Date :: 19.04.2007
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL KRISHAN VYAS
None present for the petitioners.
Mr.A.K. Upadhyay, Public Prosecutor.
Mr.M.K. Garg, for the respondents.
On the last occasion dated 13th March, 2007 nobody appeared on behalf of petitioners, therefore, case was ordered to be listed on 15th
March, 2007 and on that date case was not reached. Today also no one appears on behalf of petitioners.
I have perused the impugned order dated 25th November, 2005 whereby charges wee framed against the petitioners for offences under
Sections 498-A and 406 I.P.C.
It is contended by learned counsel for the respondents that as per statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. of complainant
Smt.Rekha, Smt. Shakuntla and Moolchand there is sufficient evidence for framing charges against the petitioners, therefore, the petition deserves to be dismissed.
I have perused the statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C.
I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned
Saru @ Saraswati & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. trial court for framing charges for offences under Sections 489A and 406
Accordingly, the criminal revision petition is dismissed. [GOPAL KRISHAN VYAS],J.
