M/S MAMRAJ GURJAR v STATE AND ORS - CW Case No. 2935 of 2007  RD-RJ 2181 (24 April 2007)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
AT JAIPUR BENCH
S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO.2935/07
M/s. Mamraj Gurjar Versus State & Ors.
DATE OF ORDER :: 24/04/2007
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY RASTOGI
Mr. Banwari Sharma, for petitioner
By Instant petition, petitioner is aggrieved on account of tender of respondent No.5 being finally accepted by the authority.
Petitioner was also one of the applicants who submitted tender in pursuance of NIT issued from the office of respondent No.2 on 17th February, 2007. His grievance is that the person in whose favour tender has been finally accepted by the authority, has violated certain conditions of tender document, of which reference has been made in Ann.3. He has further made representation to the Transport Commissioner on 12th April, 2007, but according to him, the same has not been considered and examined by them at their end so far.
Without going into merits at this stage, this court considers it proper to direct the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date certified copy is submitted in their office.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. [AJAY RASTOGI],J.
