S.B.Civil Second Appeal No.133/2007.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. vs.

Smt. Kailash Devi.

Date : 25.4.2007

HON'BLE MR. PRAKASH TATIA, J.

Mr.HR Soni, AGA, for the appellants.

-----

Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

The respondent/plaintiff was removed from service with effect from 1.1.1997. She filed a suit for declaration and injunction which was decreed by the trial court vide judgment and decree dated 25.2.2004.

The appellate court dismissed the appeal of the appellants vide judgment and decree dated 29.3.2005. It is submitted that the plaintiff is in service.

After going through the facts recorded in the judgments of the two courts below, I do not find any substantial question of law involved in this appeal.

Consequently, this second appeal, having no merit, is hereby dismissed.
