Issue notice to the respondents. Mr.Tiwari accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Both the learned counsel submit that the matter involved in this writ is squarely covered by the judgment of this
Court dt.20.10.2003 rendered in the bunch of writ petitions led by
S.B.C.W.P.No.1649/03 (Hazari Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.). In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dt.20.10.03, and accordingly, it is ordered that the order of correction of entries is set aside, and it will be open to the
Tehsildar to issue fresh notices to the petitioner, as to why the entries be not corrected as desired to be corrected, and after hearing such objections, as may be raised by the petitioner, the Tehsildar will decide the matter appropriately in accordance with law.
