S.B. Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.3353/07
Ram Sahay Gurjar
Vs.
State of Raj. & Ors. 08.05.2007
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohammad Rafiq
Shri P.S. Sharma for petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the submissions and nature of grievance, I am of the view that such grievance can be agitated by the petitioner before the appellate forum which has been specifically provided for in clause (22) of the Rajasthan
Foodgrains & other Essential Article
(Regulation of Distribution) Order 1976.
CW 3353/07
In the present matter, the petitioner can agitate his grievances in his appeal/revision before the Food
Commissioner. In case any such appeal/revision is filed by the petitioner within one month from today, it is directed that the same shall be disposed of within three months thereafter.
With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
