Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the FIR but the police after investigation has filed charge-sheet in this case. Therefore, this misc. petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, accused-petitioner is at liberty to raise all legal objections, if any before the learned lower court.
