Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the instant writ petition has become infructuous in view of the Division Bench decision of this Court in Kailash Chandra Harijan and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. D.B.Civil Writ Petition No. 5504/2004, reported in RLR 2006 (1) 665 whereby the identical matters were dismissed.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous in view of Division Bench decision in
Kailash Chandra Harijan and Ors. (supra). Stay petition also stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
