The learned Pubic prosecutor has produced police report and stated that the police after investigation has proposed
FR in this matter mentioning that no case is made out against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, does not want to press this misc petition. However, prays that petitioner may be given liberty to raise objections at relevant stage, if occasion arises.
Accordingly, this misc. petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty sought for.
