This petition has been filed by 22 petitioners who are all students of

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the respondents on their own have provided one special chance to the senior students of IIIrd Year Professions, MBBS Part II in the month of January, 2007.

Shri R.A. Katta, the learned counsel for the respondent University submitted that the students of that batch had represented to the respondent

University expressing the apprehension that if they were not provided one chance their internship would be delayed by one year which eventually would have prejudiced their right to appear in examination of Pre. Rajasthan University of Medical Sciences detailing out their difficulties which they might face if they are not given a special chance in the MBBS Part II
