No one appears for the petitioner even in second round. Perused the application seeking cancellation of bail granted to the respondents under Section 438 Cr.P.C. vide order dated 12.6.2006.
Heard learned public prosecutor.
Learned public prosecutor submits that after investigation, challan has been filed in the month of December 2006 and the respondents No. 1 and 2 have been released on bail under Section 437/439 Cr.P.C. In the circumstances, therefore, the instant application seeking cancellation of bail has rendered infructuous.
The application seeking cancellation of bail is therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
