IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT
S.B.CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL CANCELLATION APPLICATION NO. 45/06
(Rajpal Kaur Vs. State of Rajasthan and Anr.)
Date of Order : 02/07/2007
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.R.PANWAR
Mr. B.K.Vyas for the petitioner
Mr. Ashok Upadhyay, P.P.
BY THE COURT:-
By the instant criminal misc. bail cancellation application, the petitioner seeks cancellation of bail order dated 21.11.2006 by which the respondent No.2 was granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
After grant of the bail, the matter has been investigated and respondent has been granted regular bail under
Section 437/439 Cr.P.C. by the trial court and therefore, the instant application seeking cancellation of bail has rendered infructuous.
The application seeking cancellation of bail is therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
