Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the police after investigation has filed the challan and thereafter, the respondent Bheem Das has been released on bail under section 437/439 Cr.P.C. and, therefore, the instant application seeking cancellation of bail granted under section 438 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the applicant, the application seeking cancellation of bail is dismissed as having become infructuous.
