MOTI SINGH v STATE - CRLMB Case No. 2147 of 2007 [2007] RD-RJ 3127 (3 July 2007)
S.B.Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 2147/2007
(Moti Singh vs. State of Rajasthan)
Date of order : July 03, 2007
HON'BLE MR.H.R.PANWAR,J.
Mr. P.S.Rathore, for the petitioner.
Mr.Ashok Upadhyaya, P.P. for the State.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public
Prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned.
Looking to the fact that there are serious allegations against the present petitioner under the provisions of N.D.P.S.
Act, in my view, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The bail application filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C. is, therefore, dismissed.
