Heard learned Public Prosecutor and perused the judgment dated 6.2.2006 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge & Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act) Cases,
Pratapgarh, acquitting the accused-respondent. I am satisfied that it is a fit case for grant of Leave to Appeal. Accordingly,
Leave to Appeal is granted. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as memo of appeal.
Let the presence of the accused respondent-Ravi @
Ravendra Kumar be secured by issuing bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5000/- for his appearance on the date fixed, returnable within a period of three months and any other subsequent date as and when called upon to do so. If the accused respondent is served and he put his appearance through the lawyer then he will not require to appear personally.
