IN
S.B. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.95/2006
DATE OF ORDER : 19.07.2007
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DEO NARAYAN THANVI

Public Prosecutor.
Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and the evidence of mother and father of the deceased as well as maternal uncle PW-1 Ladhu Ram, there seems no justification to suspend the sentence of the accused applicants.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he wants to move an application for early hearing of the case.
Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence filed on behalf of accused applicants Madan Lal S/o Bhanwar Lal and Bhanwar Lal S/o Birdha Ram stands dismissed.
