ANIL KUMAR KRISHNIYA v STATE AND ORS - CW Case No. 4539 of 2007 RD-RJ 3564 (25 July 2007)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
AT JAIPUR BENCH, JAIPUR
S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 4539/2007
ANIL KUMAR KRISHNIYA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN & ANR.
HON'BLE MR. K.S. RATHORE, J.
Mrs. Naina Saraf for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner with the request that FIR No. 84/2002 dated 17.09.2002 registered at Police Station Sri Mahaveerji,
District Karauli for the offence under Sections 417, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 120-B IPC be quashed, but the petitioner has not been able to make out any case as to how this FIR is false at its face value.
Having heard the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and after going through the contents of the FIR, I find no merit in the writ petition and the
FIR cannot be said to be false at its face value.
Therefore, as per the settled proposition of law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Bhajan Lal, the present writ petition fails and the same is hereby dismissed.
