Mr. Ashok Upadhyay Public Prosecutor for the State.

By moving the present criminal misc. petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought relief that in this case Final Report was submitted and on that FR, the learned trial court declined to accept the FR and sent the matter for re- investigation and also fixed time for completing the investigation and thereafter to submit report/charge-sheet in the Court.

In view of above, if the petitioner is having any grievance, the same may be agitated before the learned trial court.

Learned Public Prosecutor assures that within time fixed the investigation will be completed and charge-sheet shall be filed.

With aforesaid observation, the misc. petition stands disposed of.
