Instant misc. petition is directed against 10th the order dated December, 2001 whereby learned trial Judge took cognizance u/ss.498-A, 406, 323, 504 IPC read with Sections 4 & 5 of
Dowry Prohibition Act against the accused- petitioners.
It has been brought to the notice of this court that after regular trial, the case has been decided on 2nd April, 2004 and the accused have been acquitted by competent court of jurisdiction. In this view of the matter, the present misc. petition has become infructuous.
The same is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous, along with Stay Petition
