Accused appellant Banshi lal was called from Central Jail,

Jodhpur. He is present before this Court in judicial custody. Accused submits that he does not want to pursue this appeal. He requests for re-trial of the matter. Since there is no proceeding before this Court, which he wants to pursue, his request cannot be considered. The present appeal is not entertained as desired by him and the same is consigned to records.
