Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the instant second bail application, however, submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer in the early hours of the day and the investigating officer may be directed to produce the petitioner before the concerned Court on the very day during working hours of the Court.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed. Let the petitioner surrender before the investigating officer in early hours of the day and the investigating officer shall produce the petitioner before the concerned Magistrate on the very day.
