PANKAJ KUMAR OSWAL v UOR - CW Case No. 124 of 1999 RD-RJ 4063 (20 August 2007)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
AT JAIPUR BENCH, JAIPUR
S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 124/1999
PANKAJ KUMAR OSWAL VS. UNIVERSITY OF RAJASTHAN
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K.S. RATHORE
Mr. D.S. Poonia for
Mr. Anil Mehta for the petitioner.
Ms. Anupama Chaturvedi for the respondents.
By way of this writ petition the petitioner is seeking writ, order or direction directing the respondents to issue mark sheet irrespective of practical certificate.
It is not disputed that the petitioner is private non-collegiate student and required to file certificate of the concerned College from which the petitioner appeared in the practical of B.Sc. Part-III examination.
The relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted as it is essentially required to issue mark sheet after obtaining marks in the practical and after ascertaining the fact that the petitioner has appeared in the practicals as the petitioner is non-collegiate student.
Thus the relief claimed by the petitioner directing the respondents to issue mark sheet irrespective of the practical certificate is having no merit.
Consequently, the writ petition fails and the same is hereby dismissed.
