Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have already taken possession of the suit property and demolished the building and reconstructed the building in the year 1990. In view of the above, according to learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives in this appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellant is not in a position to controvert this fact.
Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
