S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.1817/2007 ­ Parmeshwar Patidar and others Vs. State of Rajasthan and others, decided on 04.07.2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed following the decision aforesaid .
