Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have gone to the civil suit and proceedings are pending before the Civil Court and some compromise is likely to be arrived at in the civil case. Therefore, at this stage, without arguing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant bail application.
The bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
