Kailash Chand Sharma
State of Rajasthan and ors.
Date of Order : 31/8/2007.
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ
Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the prayer to direct the respondents to pay amount of Rs.4 lacs which he has spent for the development works in Gram Panchayat Sudar Pura,
Dhada, Tehsil Kotputli, District Jaipur.

The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed for issuance of a mandamus to the respondents for recovery of the amount which the petitioner is said to have spent on his own. Instead of entertaining such writ petition directly, I set the petitioner at liberty to make a representation to
(2) the Secretary Panchayat and Rural Development,
Secretariat, Jaipur and in that event, such representation shall be decided in accordance with law. If the amount still is not paid, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a civil suit for recovery of the amount.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
