BY THE COURT:-

In view of the fact that impugned-order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Kota in revision petition filed under Section 397 Cr.P.C. arise out of the proceedings under Sections 107 and 116/3 Cr.P.C., the proper remedy for the petitioner is to file a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner sought to withdraw the petition to avail of that remedy.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
