Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public
Prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the verification report has been received from the concerned authority and the concerned authority has verified that there is no Muklawa
Ceremony. The petitioner has stated wrong facts.
In the circumstances, therefore, it is not a fit case to grant temporary bail to the petitioner.
The temporary bail application filed by the petitioner under section 439 Cr.P.C. is, therefore, dismissed.
