By the instant bail application, the petitioner seeks temporary bail for a period of one month on the ground that his wife is suffering from gynae disease (hysterectomy). He has placed on record a certificate issued by Medical Officer,

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the fact that the petitioner's wife needs urgent treatment and there being no male member other than the petitioner on the humanitarian consideration, I consider it just and proper to grant temporary bail to the petitioner for a period of ten days.
