Instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR registered against accused-petitioners u/ss.420, 468, 467 & 120-B IPC at Police Station,
Roopwas, District Bharatpur.
Complainant Suresh Chand lodged a report against accused-petitioners in which it was alleged that land bearing Khasra Nos.362 & 363 which belong to them the accused-petitioners created forged document and got part of this land 12th sold through Bheema to Jagan Singh on
September, 2002 and even false verification was made over the document and by creating this forged document, sale deed was registered. The
Police started to make investigation and petitioners have approached this court by filing instant petition.
This Court has gone through the contents of
FIR and on its bare perusal, its discloses criminal offence being committed and it is only
CMP 1323/03 after investigation true facts will borne out by the Investigating Officer. This Court does not find any substance to interfere in the impugned
