Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.
By the instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner-complainant submits that the respondents are not investigating the matter impartially and fairly.
There cannot be any reason for not investigating the matter impartially and fairly by the police agency. If the petitioner has any grievance in this regard, he may move the
Inspector General of Police, Range Bikaner for change of investigating officer and if any such application is moved, the concerned Inspector General shall decide the same and if found proper, responsible police officer be directed to investigate the matter impartially.
With the said observation, the misc. petition stands disposed of.
