This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the grievance that 309 marks were awarded to the petitioner in the M.I.B. Part-II
Examinations, 2007 which were too less than to his expectation and therefore he prayed that answer books may be directed to be get checked by the Teachers outside of the State of Rajasthan.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that except Associate Professor Rani Asha, there is no other teacher/professor holds the ability of teaching the subjects in question.
In the facts of the case, I find that nature of dispute which has been raised in this writ petition is that marks have not been awarded to the petitioner according to the expectation of the
SBCWP NO.7581/2007. petitioner. Such type of writ petition cannot be directly entertained in the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court so as to require the respondents to get the answer-sheets re-examined by the examiner outside of the State. If according to the rules, petitioner is entitled to ask for revaluation of the answer-sheet. He may do so within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
