SMT.KOMAL v STATE - CRLMB Case No. 4596 of 2007 [2007] RD-RJ 4779 (25 September 2007)
S.B. Cr. II Bail Application No. 4596/2007
(Smt. Komal Vs. State of Rajasthan)
Date of order : 25.09.2007
HON'BLE MR.H.R.PANWAR,J.
Mr. G.R.Bhari for the petitioner.
Mr. V.R.Mehta, P.P.
This is second bail application filed by the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and public prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned and challan papers.
The first bail application came to be dismissed very recently by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.8.2007 and after dismissal of the first bail application, I find absolutely no change in the circumstances. There are serious allegations against the present petitioner and co-accused alleged to have kidnapped a person for ransom demanding Rs.10 lac. In view of the statements of witnesses, in my view, it is not a fit case to release the petitioner on bail. The second bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is therefore, dismissed.
