DOMNIL SAAVIYON v STATE - CRLMB Case No. 4610 of 2007 [2007] RD-RJ 4826 (27 September 2007)
S.B. Cr. Bail Application No. 4610/2007
(Domnil Saaviyon Vs. State of Rajasthan)
Date of order : 27.09.2007
HON'BLE MR.H.R.PANWAR,J.
Mr. Shambhoo Singh for the petitioner.
Mr. Ashok Upadhyay, P.P.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and public prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned and police investigation diary.
The matter is at the investigation stage. There are serious allegation against the present petitioner and some of the co-accused are yet to be arrested. In my view, it would not be proper at this stage to release the petitioner on bail. The bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is therefore, dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh bail application after completion of the investigation.
(H.R.PANWAR), J. rp
