Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the application for suspension of sentence at this stage, however, seeks direction to list the appeal for hearing itself.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for suspension of sentence stands dismissed as not pressed.
