The applicant seeks suspension of sentence for a brief period with a view to attend his ailing mother.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is directed that the sentence of applicant Mangilal S/o Marata Ji shall remain suspended up to 11.02.2007 on usual conditions provided that he executes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- along with two sureties in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, (Fast Track),
Dungarpur. The applicant shall surrender himself before the
Superintendent, Central Jail, Udaipur on or before 11.02.2007.
The said conditions be incorporated in the bonds also.
